Vaultara marketplace fee: 4% of the item sale price. Sellers receive 100% of the shipping & handling charge as soon as the buyer's payment is confirmed, so they can use it for postage. Standard sellers receive the remaining 96% of the item price after delivery and the buyer-protection hold clears. Trusted Sellers unlock instant item payouts after 25 clean completed sales with no open disputes and an active Stripe payout account. Payout setup is handled securely through Stripe Connect; your bank and identity details are entered with Stripe, not stored on Vaultara Exchange.
Most collectors will never need extra verification. Vaultara monitors seller volume and only asks for additional identity/contact certification when a compliance review is triggered.
Do not enter bank-account or tax-ID numbers into listings, messages, or profile fields. Secure payout identity and banking onboarding is handled through Stripe Connect.
After a sale, add carrier and tracking here. Each seller in a multi-seller order gets their own shipment record.
